(1) reasonable lubrication of gear reducer transmission and selection of suitable lubricant.
(2) improve the gear installation accuracy of the reducer and ensure the contact accuracy of the gear.
For central drive reducer, if not well investigated during assembly and installation, there may be asynchronism between left and right transmission and poor load sharing effect. In this case, one side transmission gear may not bear the load, while the other side transmission gear may be overloaded (up to twice the design load), which is very good. It is easy to cause progressive pitting on the tooth surface.
