Determination Of Lubricating Oil Pump For Planetary Reducer

    We know that because the internal gear lubrication of planetary reducer depends on the high-speed circular motion of the internal gears of the reducer, the lubricating oil at the bottom of the reducer is taken up to lubricate each other between the gears. When the gears are running, the lubricating oil at the bottom of the reducer is spurted by the gears, and the level of the lubricating oil at the bottom of the reducer will descend accordingly, such as the choice of large-flow transmission. Oil pump, will produce high-speed operation of the reducer when the pump suction phenomenon, to the lubricating oil pump is very harmful, therefore, the selection of lubricating oil pump when the amount of oil is less than the actual flow.

   Lubricating oil pump choose high temperature gear type oil pump, its model is: 2CY-5/3.3-2; flow rate: 5.5m * 3/h; pump outlet pressure 0.33 MPa; medium temperature < 300; suitable viscosity is: 5*10 ^ - 5 ~ 1.5 *10 ^ 3 m ^ 2/s.

    For example, if you add 6 barrels of oil to the planetary gear reducer on the spot and calculate it at 200L per barrel, the oil storage inside the gear reducer is 1200L. If 5500L/h circulation is selected, the lubricating oil inside the reducer will be circulated once for an average of 13 minutes to ensure the uniformity of lubricating oil temperature inside the reducer.

*To understand the principle of planetary reducer, we need to know its structure. The planetary reducer is composed of body, planetary frame, planetary gear, sun gear, stage gear, inner gear ring, output bearing, output shaft oil seal, input shaft oil seal and various fixed screws. The planetary gear (combined in the planetary frame), the sun gear stage gear, the inner gear ring are the basic transmission to the four parts of the structure. 

The principles are as follows:

1. The driving source starts the sun gear by direct connection. The sun gear will drive the planetary gear on the planetary gear rack.

2. The whole planetary gear system rotates automatically along the outer gear ring, and the planetary frame connects the output shaft to accelerate.

3, higher deceleration ratio needs to be accumulated by multiple stages of gear and planetary gear.
