In order to reduce the deformation of reducer, low quenching temperature and short heating time, uniform heating and slow cooling should be adopted for high frequency quenching of tooth surface.
If the load is rated, the output speed of the reducer is smaller than the theoretical value.
1. If the reducer is separate, the speed ratio of the reducer is the transmission multiple relationship of the internal gears of the reducer. For example, in a gear reducer, the product of the number of teeth of all large gears divided by the number of teeth of all pinions is the speed ratio.
2. If the motor and the decelerator are integrated, such as the miniature deceleration motor, the output of the motor is toothed and meshes with the gears on the decelerator, then the deceleration ratio is: the product of the number of teeth of all driven gears divided by the number of teeth of all active gears is the speed ratio.
Drive Ratio=Motor Input Speed ÷Output Speed
